good machine no parts service in Canada
Hi
Had this machine for years. Use it in spurts. The part in the bottom of bowl seized. The Canadian site only offers the beater. NOT the bowl.
BUT
I went to ereplacementparts.com in the usa so everything is more expensive but they do have the parts so the bowl is 20 bucks but at the end of the order with shipping and handling and exchange it came to $86.50. To bad Sunbeam cannot offer the services in Canada they do to Americans.

Exactly as expected
Sunbeam replaced the kneading blade quickly and at a reasonable price - just as expected for a quality company.

sunbeam kneading blade
did not fit my machine and this was the only blade that could be sent.
