Rated 1 out of 5 by Shannon1200 from DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$. I bought this exact humidifier at the end of December 2014. It worked well until January 22, 2015 (3 weeks after the purchase), it started leaking water out of the bottom right side of the machine. I turned it off and tried it again the next day. It started leaking again, the lights turned on but it would not change settings as it seemed frozen. I unplugged it and plugged it back in... the lights never came back on and now I'm stuck with a defective product that I paid $75 for. Save your money and choose another brand if you're looking for a humidifier that will last longer than a month. I will NEVER purchase another Sunbeam product again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Angela from Not worth the money I bought this humidifier about a month ago. Save for it only running 6 hours on the high setting I had no problems with it. Until I tried cleaning it. Followed all the instructions, thing is dead. I can get the lights on the lcd display to light up by incessantly hitting the buttons but nothing happens. For half the cost of this I bought a simple Vicks one that makes less noise, has more gallons, last a great 12 hours on high, and is super easy to take apart and clean. Look elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Robert from OMG terrible product I bought this unit on the 18 of January 2015 and as of Feb 12 the unit no longer works - what a piece of garbage!!!! The lights come on but no humidity coming out. Have done everything according to instructions to get it going including cleaning it but nothing has made it work. I just throw out the box earlier this week!! I am taking it back today - DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Billy from Doesn't work Tried using and it steamed for 30 minutes and the. Stopped as no water light went on. But full of water. Went through the restart which took Forever and got it to work again for about 30minutes. I'm sick. I don't have the energy to keep fiddling with it. And Ive had it for 3 'months so can't return. Look for a reliable unit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by cyntheeam from Garbage, junk - do not waste your money!! I bought this humidifier mid November 2015. It stopped working after 2 1/2 months. I followed all the instructions and cleaned it but the "empty tank" light won't go off and the unit won't run. This is the second Sunbeam humidifier that I've had and both were junk, just stopped working. I will never buy another Sunbeam product again. Waste of money and time.

I bought this it ran for a week and then quit, continues to have a fill tank error (the tank is full) I returned it to the store I purchased it at and got a new one thinking maybe I got a bad one, no big deal. Well the second one only lasted a day and has the same error. This has been a huge disappointment especially after costing $85.00!!!

I cleaned it carefully, filled the tank, reset it.... nothing.... reset again.... nothing... third time.... How do you troubleshoot this? I would be sad to realize it is regular life of the appliance.
