Rated 1 out of 5 by gwb47 from Poorly designed Bought this locally on sale. Very poor design and really doesn't work very well. First and foremost, nowhere in the instruction sheet does it point out where the vapor well is. As it turns out, it is the small dimple on the top of the unit, which holds maybe a half teaspoon of liquid. The "well" is so shallow that it easily overflows down the sides of the unit. The steam doesn't seem to pass over the vapor liquid. Second, it is brand new and does not produce much vapor at all. Third, the top fits too loosely. Just not worth the money and I will be looking for something better

Rated 1 out of 5 by Beefster from Heating elements rusting after less than a month Bought two a month ago from Pharmaprix. I noticed there were mineral deposits in the tank even though I used a toothpick and tweezers to clean out the opening every time. Opened the reservoir when there were black pieces in the tank as I was concerned about mould. That's when I noticed the metal heating elements were rusting away which was the cause of the black deposits. Haven't used it since and have not been able to get through on the customer service line despite calling every day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Zach798 from Good vaporizer at a good value I’ve used this vaporizer a few times within the past two weeks and have found it to be very helpful. Produces a good amount of vapor, and a tank of water usually lasts me an 8 hour night. I found adding medicinal inhalants to it to be quite easy, as you just put it into the front vents. Nothing too complicated. I just don’t like that it doesn’t have an on/off button. Would give it five stars if it did. Great product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by 2Disappointed from short life span I bought this last year, and used it a total of 2 times. When I plugged it in this year the steam output is very limited. I left it plugged in and filled to the fill line. After 5 hours the water level was just until the full line. The vaporizer is useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Aimee M from Terrible I bought this last year, and I don't know why I bothered to keep it at all. It worked well enough the first two times I used it, though the top part was always extremely loose and never locked into place. After the second time, it quit producing steam. The water gets warm and the head gets hot, but it didn't produce enough vapor to do anything with the medicine in the little "tray." (Which is also terrible since it's hard to get in there without splashing it on the head or dumping it down the hole into the water.) I put it away thinking maybe it had overheated or something, but it kept doing the same thing. Broke it out again today to try again, and nada. It's going in the recycling; I should have taken it back last year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Donac from Terrible product - don't waste your time or money We bought this and couldn't figure out where the medication went and could not get a clear answer from the manual or store. IT IS THAT LITTLE DIMPLE AT THE TOP THAT WOULD HOLD A TEASPOON!!! The steam doesn't even go through it!!!! What a joke.
