Immediately out of the box on the first fill, I notice the water level window doesn’t even show the water level. For the price I paid for this kettle, I’d expect it to work as expected right out of the box.

I never comment unless I have used what I have purchased and this one is a keeper. It is convenient to use and still heats up faster than any other kettle I have owned. I would certainly repurchase this kettle.
