Wake up and smell the coffee with this Sunbeam® 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker. Put the brewing on hold with Delay Brew to set start time up to 24 hours in advance while the Fresh Brew™ Timer tracks just how long your coffee has been ready. Brew Strength selector allows you to choose from light to more robust flavor. It's also equipped with a Pause 'N Serve feature that stops the brewing cycle to pour a cup or two, and then continues brewing until complete. Coffeemaker automatically shuts off after 2 hours. Rated 1 out of 5 by Marco from Electronic board problem! It's working for 2 months, if you are lucky 1 year? Tee electronic board ''made in China'' died. Lights are ok but just the ''clic'', nothing but the ''clic'' They don't send parts so we will buy a new one but not a Sunbeam.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TruckerJim from Great coffee maker We have been using this coffee maker (Black one) for about 2 years now and has preformed well. We bought the red one on Sale about 6 months ago and put it in storage as we liked the color. Our Black one recently indicated it needed cleaning so we ran some vinegar through it, but the cleaning indicator did not reset. So we put it in storage for now and brought out the new red one. We expect it to be as good as the other one. Now we need to match it with a red toaster, but it seems Sunbeam does not have a matching color in toasters. Sad face!

It beeps 5 times, so I assume the brewing is done; but the basket is still full of water. I tried it 2x and the only way the water would finish dripping was if I moved the decanter around. Got prepared to return it today, but gave one more chance and it worked! The instruction manual is very poorly written - even the illustrations aren't great, and nothing on youtube. I am visually impaired, and because the machine is black, I have to use my touch to figure things. I had initially put the basket exactly where it had been packaged, which was not the right place. There is nothing in the instructions to show you exactly how to position the basket. The picture is so dark (black and grey) that it's difficult to see how it sits exactly. Once I figured that out, I had my cup of coffee and it was pretty good - and perfectly hot. The negatives to me are the 5 beeps when it's not completely finished. I suppose that's to wake you up in the morning; but if I want a cup of coffee late at night, which I often do, I don't want my neighbours to have to hear 5 beeps. Why does everything have to be so noisy?! I haven't gone so far as to try the delay feature. Just happy that I got my coffee fix today. I think that if I had known about the 5 beeps when 'almost' done, I probably would have passed on this one. There are so many beeps coming from all my kitchen appliances that I don't know what going on in there half the time! lol. So far, so good though. We'll see how it goes.

Une garantie d'une année pour un produit qui a déjà ce problème depuis plus d'un an et SUNBEAM ne fait pas de rappel... On peut se poser des questions au sujet des valeurs de l'entreprise.

Voici le commentaire que j' écrivais il y a une semaine: ---- J'ai acheté cette cafetière et elle a cessé de fonctionner après un peu plus d' un an d'utilisation. Quand je la mets en fonction rien ne se passe et j'entends le bip qui indique que le café est infusé. Ça semble un problème courant avec cette cafetière. L' autre que j'avais m'a duré plus de 8 ans. Vraiment déçu de ce produit. Pourtant j'ai toujours été satisfait de cette marque dans le passé.---- Comme suggéré, j'ai appelé le service à la clientèle et on m'a offert un rabais pour un futur achat. Mais ce n'est pas vraiment un rabais puisque le détaillant autorisé vend cette cafetière au même prix et ce sans aucun rabais. Un vrai rabais serait un coupon rabais et non un achat en ligne à partir du prix de détail suggéré.
