Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME TOASTER I bought this toaster (without the bagel button) back in 2003 -It just now has to be replaced 10.5 yrs later! (I had the black one, but the housing doesn't really matter for performance.) My ONLY complaint is that the crumbs get underneath the plastic over the chrome (and I'm OCD), but that is due to the cool touch plastic housing over the sides, so I guess it's ok. -I don't understand why the red is cheaper than the black or white though.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Yes and no I bought this last of Oct, and was very happy with it until one day I placed the bread in slots push the lever and it wouldn't stay down ,feeling rather patient that morning I did it over and over until it caught. Sometimes it works with the first time sometimes it takes many times or if I am feeling impatient or in a time crunch I don't have time for it. I reread my manual checked online to make sure I was doing everything right and I don't know what to do next. I love the look of it (it matches my kitchen ) cleans easily! And when it toast it does great! Yes I had it plugged in first line of manual. Got any ideas? Last toaster last 15 years this one not so sure. At what level is my cooking expertise? I have been toast toast since I was 6.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this toaster I first bought this toaster several years ago & had to leave it in TX when I moved to WA. I looked in every store in Renton and couldn't find a replacement. I finally found it online and or'd it right away. I love this toaster. It's small, two slice, white, light weight, easy to clean, inexpensive, and toast everything perfectly. I also or'd one for my friend in CA. Thank you for an excellent product and fast service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I'll never buy from Sunbeam again. Burns one side and barely toasts the other. burns bottom of toast and barely browns the top. At least it doesn't throw the "finished" product out of the toaster like the other Sunbeam toaster did.
