Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sunbeam XXL Microplush Heating Pad [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice extra large sized heating pad with a super soft microplush cover and adjustable heating controls. I love the size because I need the larger coverage for my back so I don't have to mess about with my much smaller pad that I always have to shift to different positions to have the full coverage. So convenient! I also love the temperature settings so I'm not relegated to just hot, all heating pads should have this feature!!! The quality is great and the microplush really makes it comfortable to use without getting 'sweaty'. I highly recommend this Sunbeam Heating Pad and am using mine daily and it really helps so much.

I had the 2 of smaller size for years before upgrading to this one, and like them it warms up quick, stays nice and evenly warm the whole time and over the whole surface, and just generally works like it's supposed to without any problems, even though I use it pretty heavily and am not particularly gentle to it. The cover is very thick and soft and the internal wire things are flexible and hardly noticeable, so it feels like wrapping myself in a spa bathrobe. I don't usually write product reviews but this has been really excellent chronic pain relief and I appreciate the thoughtful design/engineering put into making this easy and comfortable to use!

When I received the Sunbeam XXL Microplush heating pad, I was hopeful it would help ease the pain. The heating pad comes with 4 heat settings and has a 2 hour automatic shut off feature. The pad itself is very soft and a lot bigger than the standard heating pads. It heats up fast and really helps keep my back pain in check. I have been using it every night.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great when works! Breaks quickly It's very hard to rate this product. I loved it for the time that it worked. It's the biggest one I've seen, it actually gets hot enough, the cover doesn't slip off easily, it has a long cord, and 4 heat settings. HOWEVER, it lasted only a year. Based on other reviews, that's longer than many, but that is not a reasonable life span. I used it intermittently for that year (pain and season dependent), so while I didn't use it all the time for that year, when I did use it I'd use it many days in a row for a few hours at a time. Everything is great about it except its longevity.

Love the four heat settings and it’s so soft and plush. I also like the way it folds up. So far no negatives. It’s actually a pretty heating pad. Very nice!

Finding relief has been difficult, due to the large area of injury. I have recently tried the XXLG Sunbeam Heating pad & I was not disappointed!! The microsoft texture is soft & inviting, the xxlg surface allows me to wrap from my hip to knee or knee to foot. Easy to hold and/or use control & multiple settings to help find just the right temperarure for relief! I highly recommend this product for all aches, pains, & comfort!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst heating pad I've owned Right out of the box this past was annoying, the power cable constantly came out because it had no security clips. I always found the past too hot, the warm seeing was the only one I could use or it would scald me. Now I see this plug is broken, I don't know if it's always been like that or just happened, but the past starts on my bed and has never been roughly handled or moved. The size was nice but everything else was disappointing.

I wa excited because I have always wanted one but never could justify buying one. The pad’s warmth started within 75 seconds and by 2 1/2 minutes had a nice warmth throughout. I placed my picky elderly dog on the warmed pad (warm heat-lower than the low setting) and she immediately laid down where I placed her and fell asleep. She is 9 years old, so she probably has some achy joints at the end of the day. I have never seen her lay on a blanket with out fluffing it and moving it from one end of the bed to the other. To make sure it was not just her, I placed her daughter on and she too fell in love. I of course love that it helps my achy joints.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice, but: I bought this a week ago and the heat is nice. Unfortunately the way the auto-off works, I can’t use it again for another half hour at least. I’ve tried unplugging it and waiting, shutting off the power strip it’s on for a while, it’s rather disappointing because it’s a nice, big heating pad with good heat and soft fabric.

I love the heat settings, 60% larger, 2 hour auto-off and the compact storage which is great to put away. The flexible pad provides full coverage of large muscle as the entire back and legs, also has moist heat option. This item is also machine washable, the pad is which is the best thing to know to keep it clean. This is so great to relief muscle and joint pain, tension and stress, what else can you ask for from this heating pad, it's great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great when it actually works I’m on about my 6-7th xxl heating pad. The second last one the controller didn’t even last a week, the last one lasted only a week as well. The longest one has ever lasted for me is about three months. I have chronic back pain and need heat to help me. I only kept buying them because I liked the way they work when they do work. I am beyond frustrated with this product and can’t understand why there are good reviews because the product is absolute junk. I want my money back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love this size and the temp it reaches but… I’m on my 4th xxl heating pad. I didn’t know that there was a warranty or I would have saved myself some money. I’ve had this one less than a month and I got the flashing red light of death. Plugging, unplugging etc to reset has done nothing. The max time I’ve gotten out of one is just over a year and the least would be just under a month. I need it for chronic pain issues so unfortunately I’m sure I’ll be dealing with faulty heating pads on a regular basis with my luck 😅

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed! We have now bought 2 of these heating pads. The 1st one we returned because it stopped heating up after about a month. We just thought it was defective. Replaced it with another one …after a couple of months it also has stopped working. The heat light starts flashing and won’t heat up same thing that happened to the 1st one.. We bought it off Amazon and because we’ve had it for 2 months we cannot return it. So disappointed in this heating pad!

Turns off after a couple hours on its own which is convenient if you fall asleep so it doesn't get too hot. There is a light on the control part so you can see to adjust it when its dark. And the size is amazing. Its large enough to cover your entire back so that you don't have to move it around.

Not only does it work great but the soft covering over the pad is amazing. I got xl because I have been having issues with my shoulder and needed something to cover a portion of the front and back and this product does just that. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great XXL size heating pad [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This XXL heating pad is the perfect size for my knee, it works great for wrapping all the way around and letting the heat relax the muscles. I found if you fold it in half lengthwise it fits perfect for my shoulders while reading on my iPad. Probably the best feature is the 4 heat settings, I use the low sometimes just to warm up with my coffee in the morning (see picture) .

The material is indeed very plush and extremely soft on the skin. The large size makes it easy to cover a large area. I tried the high setting and the heat gradually increased to the point where I had to reduce it a bit so it can get quite warm for those that like that.

It heats up quickly as well. My back and buns were heated up in no time at all. It has several temperature ranges so you can set how hot you want it.You and also turn it hotter or cooler as you need it. It is great for muscles, I tried it on my joints because of arthritis, it didn't help much. I would recommend this heating pad for those who have sore muscles.

I got it for my husband who has severe, chronic back pain. I tried it out first and was very impressed with it. When my hubby saw it, his eyes lit up, as the one he uses every day is old and half the size. This 20 x 24 inch pad covers his entire back! The material is so soft and a lovely color. It has four temperatures: warm, low, medium and high. It starts warming up within 10 to 15 seconds! It also maintains a consistent heat for the entire time you use it. It has a shut off timer, which turns off after 2 hours. There are 2 elastic pieces attached at the end, so when he's finished using it, he simply rolls it up and secures it with them. He's thrilled about the 9ft cord too. This heating pad has really helped in relieving the pains in his back. He loves it and I am very happy to recommend it.

It is very soft and it rolls up nicely for storage with the attached elastic bands. I also like the fact that it has a warm setting that most heating pads don't have. I haven't had to wash it yet but the fact that it is, is another great feature of this heating pad.

It covers my whole back and gives so much evenly distributed heat it is feels so good to lay on it to relive the pain in my back from a hard work day. The feel of the fabric is very soft and very comfortable to the touch. The controls are easy to use and the ability to control the heat is easy to do.

If you are buying for a senior size will matter if the pad shifts on them. this is large enough that shifting will still cover the area they want well. Boy this is a very nice item. I have cyattica and when it acts up I turn on my heating pad and it practically stops almost all my pain and it's very compact for easy storage and it has a very soft microfiber cover. I highly recommend.
