Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this item. I have been looking for a heating pad like this. I'm so glad it was available through sunbeam. I also purchased one for a client of mine. However she is not able to use it because she is on continuos Oxyegen. The directions say that this heating pad should not be used in a Oxyegen atmosphere. I also purchased one for my Mother. She is also unable to use this heating pad because she has a pacemaker and this heating pad has a magnet in the yolk area in the front. I will have to remove the magnet and replace it with Velcro before my Mom will be able to use the product. So be aware if you use this or any other heating pad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what we needed This is the second wrap I have purchased. The first was on a shopping network but we're no longer available. My 93 year old mother lives with us and she has bad arthritis in a shoulder and Osteoporosis. Heat seems to give her the most relief. She is a short woman so this is perfect for her as it drapes over her shoulders and also goes down her back. When she lays down for a nap and does not want it over her shoulders, I can lay it flat on the bed for her. This is so much easier then trying to use the old, oblong heating pad or warming up a rice pack in the microwave half a dozen times a day. My first purchase was in the burgundy color, which I would have ordered again but it was not available. This blue one doess have somewhat of an odor I hope will go away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the best heating pad ever!! When I ordered 2 of these my husband asked why I had ordered 2, and I replied that we'd have his n hers. When they arrived and we tried them out the first time he agreed that it was a good idea! They are great!!! They cover your back, neck and shoulders well, lots of settings so you can get the perfect temperature and the cover on them is very plush! Great job design team!,

Uses it every night and says it is wonderful that it stays in place and relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Larger size relieves shoulder, neck and back aches and keeps her warm!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the Money! Needs more weight. The box it came in shows a women wearing the pad standing up. If I stand or just sitting down, I don't feel the heat very much. It really needs more weight in body area. The rolled edges have weight, and I wish they would have continued with that weight. The instructions on how to wear it are not there. I had no idea there was a magnetic closure. I didn't know whether to wear the neck flap in or out for the best effect. Simple things Sunbeam should have included. I am probably going to return this pad. It is not worth the money I paid for it.
