What if my blender is leaking?

During routine operation, 10 drops per minute is considered normal.

What if my blender will not crush ice?

Fill the blender jar with at least 1 cup of liquid. Feed in 1-3 cubes of ice at a time through the feeder hole. Pulse at the highest speed.

What if there is no ice crush button?

Pulse at the highest speed.

How do I remove the blade from the jar of my Sunbeam Blender?

To remove the blades from the bottom of the jar turn counterclockwise. For a better grip, use a kitchen towel to turn the blade cap. The feeder cap, lid, jar and blades are top dishwasher safe.

Where can I purchase a Sunbeam® Blender?

You can purchase a blender at any participating retail outlet or on our website. They are widely distributed through mass merchants and department stores.

Why won't my Sunbeam blender turn on?

If the Sunbeam Blender isn't turning on, check the following: Is the blender plugged into a working outlet? Did you select a power setting? If all of the above have been checked and the blender will still not power on, please contact your Sunbeam authorised Service Centre.

Where can I purchase parts for my Sunbeam Blender?

If your blender is still covered under warranty, you may visit an authorised Service Centre near you. The Service Centre may be able to assist in remedying the problem or help in determining what can be done to have your blender replaced or working again. (Add link to ASC)

Why has my blender blade begun to rust?

It is not common for a blender blade to rust. They are made of stainless steel, but if left in water too long they may rust. To avoid rust, carefully dry the blade assembly immediately after washing.

Where can I find the wattage information on a blender?

The wattage information can be found on the bottom of blender base. Wattage may vary between 250 watts to 300 watts.

Why is my blender jar leaking?

If your Sunbeam Blender is leaking, check the following: Is the sealing ring over the blade? Is the threaded bottom cap on tight enough? Is the jar cracked at the bottom? Is the threaded bottom cap cracked? Is the sealing ring missing? Is the sealing ring cracked, broken or damaged? Does the item being blended exceed jar capacity? if your Sunbeam blender is within warranty, please contact a local Sunbeam authorised Service Centre.

My blender turns on, but why doesn't the blade rotate?

If the blade is not turning, make sure the jar is seated properly on the base of the unit. If the above has been checked and the blade will still not rotate, please contact a Sunbeam authorised Service Centre.
