Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste Of Counter Space !!!!! Have had this into the Sunbeam repair center 3 times in 4 months. They have replaced it 3 times no questions asked, but the maker does not make a HOT cup of coffee. Have to microwave the coffee ***every**** time. GREAT replacement every time, but I am afraid that I am spending more time returning it than using it....You get what you pay for, and this one will make a great planter !!!!

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews out here. The only thing I want to find out is how to take the top part off so I can clean it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working Bought this two years ago and use it two or three times a week. It has stopped heating the water, so not brewing anymore. All the lights come on so power is getting to it.
