The low heat setting is too low to feel and to make one feel good. The Medium and high settings are good. But the electric heating pad does not shut off automatically after 2 hours, it stays on. That is OK but it should not be written that it turns off automatically after 2 hours. Also it would be nice to write the wattage on the box on the OUTSIDE. One should know how many Watts is the electric heating pad. I only read the Watts on Sumbeam website on the last line of the pad specifications! Nothing on the box outside or inside!

J'ai acheté ce produit et comme il ne chauffait pas beaucoup et surtout ne tenait pas une température égale, je suis retourné chez Jean Coutu et le gérant m'a répondu que la garantie c'est la Co. Sunbeam que je devais contacter. C'est ce que j'ai fait par téléphone j'ai attendu 1 heure et personne ne m'a répondu. J'ai envoyé un email et jamais eu de réponse. Donc compagnie pas fiable.
