Plush heat is perfect!
I bought this last year on impulse and I’m so glad! I pop it on at night and it eases away the painful knots and tightness in my neck and upper back. Whether you have a physically demanding job, or sit at a computer all day and/or work out hard, this perfect comfort
The little magnet keeps it in place. Works wonders in drafty offices, too! I only wish they still made the XL as I want one to keep at home AND one for work.

It broke after a few uses
It no longer turns on. I bought it less than a month ago and no longer have the receipt, so i doubt i’ll be able to warranty claim it. I bought this brand specifically because i had the same one for years and loved it. Slept with it every night.

Terrible
Used it once and it stopped working. Had a previous model that lasted for years. The new version is poorer quality, with less weight in the edges, and it's thinner.
Frankly disgusted by such poor quality. Won't buy Sunbeam again.
