Bought 2..both failed
I purchased two of these now in the last year I liked the size but both eventually stopped working. The first one only lasted about 3 months and this one about 5 months. Same issue both times. The light flashes a sort of blue colour and no longer turns yellow or red- therefore, does not provide heat. I would say it is an issue with the cord on the inside of the mat. Poor design which is very unfortunate as I’ve had the brown medium sized sunbeam heat pad for multiple years and never had a problem! Very very disappointing!!!!!

Worked for an hour
I loved the idea of the portability. I used it for an hour plugged in while on the couch. Good heat. I went to use my power bank to make portable and it would not work. Spend $30 on a new power bank to make sure it was a 2A and it still won’t work. Now I can’t even get it to work plugged in. The light blinks then goes off. Total waste of money

Keep purchasing but not sure why...
We have purchased three of these in the last 1.5 years and they all stopped working in 3-6 months so have all been returned. They are so great when they are working for back and neck pain and relief of cramps. Sounds like a common problem, really hope Sunbeam can fix this. So, do we buy yet another one in hopes?

Soothing heat.
I've had this product for the last three or four years. And it has worked great! True that sometimes you have to reset it by simply plugging it out and plugging it back in and it will work fine. Works fine with my power bank as well. Has helped me when driving a public transit bus and I feel the wincing pain and discomfort that is associated with back pain. The product brings soothing relief by administering heat. I would recommend this product!

Good Idea but Poor Execution
This worked with my power bank for a day. Now I need to be tethered to a USB cord. The pocket for the power bank is too small, the connection cord is too short, and the belt doesn’t stay on because it relies on a tiny strip of Velcro to hold it. With a few modifications this could be a great product.

So disappointed
Got as a gift. Lights up when connected directly into wall plug .obviously can’t use that way. Tried a power bank and product light flashes but does not stay on. Used the extended cable but again will not turn on. Because it was a gift I’m not sure how I would get a replacement

Garbage!
Do not waste your money. I have this heating pad on the highest setting and it doesn’t even feel warm. Not impressed. I thought Sunbeam made reliable quality products. My mistake.

Trash don't bother
Didn't come with wall adapter or the bag. Teeny tiny bit of heat you can feel. It's not going to help any part of your body because it doesn't get hot enough. Keep your money.
