Worked for an hour
I loved the idea of the portability. I used it for an hour plugged in while on the couch. Good heat. I went to use my power bank to make portable and it would not work. Spend $30 on a new power bank to make sure it was a 2A and it still won’t work. Now I can’t even get it to work plugged in. The light blinks then goes off. Total waste of money

Trash don't bother
Didn't come with wall adapter or the bag. Teeny tiny bit of heat you can feel. It's not going to help any part of your body because it doesn't get hot enough. Keep your money.

Didnt last long for the price
For a brand name like Sunbeam you would think this would last longer than 1 yr.
Very disappointing that it turns on but lost its heat within the yr
