Good Coffee maker
My wife bought this coffee maker about 8 years back and unfortunately after 8 years of service making coffee for her and her mom (I don't drink coffee at all) it died. Warmer doesn't warm, water doesnt pump, light just flashes green.
We bought a replacement coffee maker for her today
Like I say as a tea only person I have no horse in the coffee pot race but I think 8 years is good for a small appliance like this in today's day and age

Hasn't stopped working
I bought this maker 3 years ago and it has made a consistent pot of coffee every day. It was a good purchase and I would buy again.

Loved it until it stopped working
I liked this unit but it now spits and heats but does not send water into the basket. I tried vinegar and water, and CLR, but nothing worked. I'd like to take it apart and see if the flap is stuck, since everything else works, but it requires some crazy triangiular screw driver (I have no idea what size), so it looks like they want to force people to buy new. That is a very disappointing company move.

Great coffee machine
I bought my coffee machine 8 years ago and still works fine. I drink a lot of coffee and I've had many different models and brands. This machine's key features is simplicity, durability, and most important, easy to clean. Thank you.

won't brew
Bought this online, plugged it in, heats up fine but won't brew and yes there is water in it. To much of a hassle to return it.
