Good looks
It is not easy to find white toasters. Looks good and works well as well.

Doesn't toast evenly.
Looks nice, good value, however, it doesn't toast evenly. For example if I set it for medium, it will toast the bread medium on one side and dark on the other side. I have tried this several times on different kinds of bread and it always does this.
