Disappointed
I have been a lifelong customer . The Sunbeam Conform is one of the most disappointing products I have used. I am a nurse who lives with rotator cuff injury. I had high hopes for this product. I was disappointed. I don't have my bill so it was a big waste of my money.

Disappointed in this Sunbeam Product :
Have neck and lower back problems. Had confidence in Sunbeam products (my mom had a Sunbeam iron for years). However, this product stopped working after "maybe" a year! I bought two of them, for my husband and me. Both have stopped working. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestion given by Sunbeam and nothing works. Also, the power cord disconnects quite easily from the pad itself. Frustrating.

Very disappointed
I have had this for less than a year and it has already stopped working. It either won't turn on at all or the high setting light just flashes. I loved this when it worked. I had spinal surgery that went through the front of my neck in Dec 2021 and this helped the muscle pain in my shoulders from wearing a neck brace so long.

Good for heat but power cord is tempermental
I got this for Christmas this year and it heats up quick and well but unfortunately, the power cord has never functioned properly. It wouldn't clip in and would just slide out and it would reset the power. Now the little clip has broken off completely so I have to tape it to stay on.

Connection piece is garbage
I have this heating pad and it’s garbage. Barely move and it disconnects from the power cord. Don’t have my receipt anymore so I can’t take it back and get my money back.
Do not recommend this if you ever move even slightly while using.

Stopped working after 4 months
I bought this 4 months ago. Stopped working. Also when it was working the cord detached from the pad whenever you moved which was very annoying. Love the idea of a weighted heating pad but don't waste your money on this one.

Heating pad conform heat
Bought this at Christmas time for wife,thought being sunbeam would be great
But a month after having it the plug on pad wouldn't stay together ,
And to add to that store wouldn't replace so

Works great but…
I love the size and weight of the heating pad, but the cord does not stay plugged into the pad at all and the controller constantly flashes if it’s plugged in but turned off.
