Rated 1 out of 5 by from this beaterr does not work on my mixer The problem is the distance from the end of the beater that is inserted into the mixer to the protruding guides on the side of the shaft are not the same distance as the ones on my original beater. The replacement beater is approximately 2 and 3/16 inches and my original is approximately 2 and 3/8 inches.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Maybe "Not so great beaters" I ordered additional beaters because the ones that came with my original Sunbeam Mixmaster mixer broke. The nipples on the beater's stem broke off. I did not have my newly ordered beaters 2 months before the. nipples on those beaters broke as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just What Was Needed It arrive in a timely manner after ordering. Really all I needed was the white tip for my mixer to spin properly. They tend to wear down within a year for me whereas, I use my mixer weekly. Don't really understand why the tip can't be purchased seperately.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No way to get parts from the company I needed a conical beater with a bowl speed control button on the bottom (Part No. 86637). My mixer itself had no model number, nor did the model number appear in the instruction booklet I received with it many years ago. All I knew is that is stated Sunbeam Vista. So when I went on the company's chat line, the agent was apparently perplexed because the part number was not coming up. I indicated that it was a Vista mixer and the approximate age of it. His responses were: we don't make that replacement and check with our retailer. Now, it would seem to me that even if you have an older model mixer, there should be a beater to fit it. After all, we are not talking about major parts unique to a motor mechanism. If beaters are so unique that there aren't a few made that could fit an older mixer, that is really bad.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from missing screw in my sons birthday cake The beaters are very poorly designed. The bottom should be welded or steel riveted. Beaters move a lot and vibrate causing the nut to loosen and fall off into food and become a hazzard to anyone eating the food prepared using these beaters. Also harder to keep clean due to screw head, and spaces between parts where bacteria can grow and get into food. I recommend using a brush, and then soaking in a mild bleach solution should you use these.

I have had to order replacement beaters because the ones that came with the mixer made a clunking sound. Alas the new beaters do the same thing and one or them also looks bent. Yes I do have them inserted the right way. I am not very happy with this mixer and will probably not buy another one !!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits machine reasonably. Just tried my new mixers. Last paddles died by way of a spoon stuck in the middle. I'm not sure if it's my stand mixer or the paddles, but the new ones work ok, but regularly lightly hit each other as if timing is not lined up. Quality is not as great as originals.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bought the wrong beater for an older machine. The beater doesn't fit my older machine, which is probably my own fault for not making a better effort when purchasing. My mixer is 16 years old, and 2 years ago the metal started to flake off the beaters. I had bought replacement beaters successfully last year, but within 6 months they had rusted a bit and the white tip fell off in a batch of frosting (thankfully I found it, but only by accident, before frosting the cake!). So I had hoped I could buy another replacement beater to extend the use/life of my mixer. But the site doesn't make it clear exactly what model/year machines it will fit. It provides the name of the mixer, but not model numbers or years or anything specific enough to be of help. I could see that it didn't match the shape exactly of the old one, but the previous replacement beater hadn't either. So I did know up front that there was a possibility it wouldn't work. But I really needed one for Christmas cookies and decided to take my chances. It didn't fit the slots at all, so no chance of limping along with a different-shaped beater to get the cookies made. I do feel like that's the risk I took, though, and not necessarily the product itself, so I didn't want to leave a one-star rating (which to me implies a shoddy product and I never used this product). I'd recommend if you have an older machine to call directly and see if a person could help you get the beater you need for your machine rather than taking your chances buying online without enough information. Bummer for me, but lesson learned. I ended up getting a new mixer since I can't use mine. Just trying to decide if it's worth the cost of shipping to send it back (I don't want to waste more money or time for a machine I can't use) or if I should just toss it and move on.
