Heating pad stopped working
Only a partial section works now! Just over a year old! Had many sunbeam products and seem to happen to them after only a year

Love it! Purchased one for all my friends
I love this heating pad! Love that it’s washable and very durable! I have been using heating pads for years and this one is my favorite by far… my dog and cat also love to try and nudge me off of it. one thing I’d change though? The female connector on the pad - I always end up laying on it - I wish there was a way to have it connect with a smaller piece on the pad? A bit of an extension and then join with control cord?

Bad plug ends at the pad
I have bought several of these, as I need them to help me with pain control( disability) the plug that plugs into the pad always falls out, they could design this better but Sunbeam doesn't listen to reviews. Also the pads internal heat wires bunch up, and makes it painfull to use. Hence going out and buying a new one, maybe that is sunbeams reason for not fixing any of the challenges mentioned above.

Stopped working, started smoking
I bought one awhile ago and it worked for a few months but then I kept getting ‘F’ on the screen. It was announcing to always be unplugging it and plugging it back in but I continued to do this. But today while using it it sparked and a puff of smoke came out of the remote. It won’t turn on at all anymore and smells like an electrical fire.

Purchased this Sept29/22 and it quit working december 2023. No heat just a flashing F in paddle screen. Can’t reach service regarding warranty. 44.99 plus tax for less than one year working. I’ve used it only a few months total over the last year. Terrible customer,er service from Newell.

Unreliable
I am 76 and I bought this heating pad 3 weeks ago for a swollen knee. The heating pad works great when it is working, but it doesn't always work properly. I have it on for 45 minutes and then it goes cold. So unreliable and so disappointing. I am going to return it.

Stopped working
I bought this about a month ago, it was working great and then all of a sudden it stopped working. Nothing flashing on the remote and nothing happens after pressing all of the buttons. I unplugged everything at least three times now. Very disappointing

Great Product
I bought mine 3 yrs ago worked great no problems. Then it just stopped working about a month ago, want to know why? They are not cheap to buy and should last longer then 3 yrs

Même au niveau 6 il ne chauffe pratiquement pas c'est très très décevant pour un produit de ce montant là et surtout pour un sunbeam!

Stopped working permanently
