Stopped working shortly after purchase
I bought this blender exactly 1 month ago and used it about 5-6 times for smoothies only. The last smoothie I made was our final as the base stopped working. When it was working, blending smoothies (with lots of liquid) was a very long process that entailed stopping to stir multiple times. If you are looking to make smoothies from frozen fruit, this may not be the blender for you.

Stopped working while blending a mixture
I got this blender as a gift a month back...Extremely disappointing as it stopped all of a sudden while blending a mixture for batter preparation. The blender doesn't turn on after this, not sure whats the issue. But this is really frustrating to see a product not performing to the specifications posted on the site.
Any help would be mich appreciated!

Poor performance blender
I bought this blender with high expectations but it turned out to be waste of money. Every time I need to blend something , I need to continuously keep on stirring with a spoon.
The blade doesn’t rotate and the black plastic part of the blender broke in the dishwasher after 1 or 2 use.
Highly disappointed.

Hard to find replacement parts
Works fine but the ring on the bottom of the jar broke after two years of use. I couldn't find replacement parts for this blender on the Internet. Eventually found a part for a blender from a different manufacturer - BL5000-11 - that fits.

works well
I use it every second day making a thick smoothie I pre cut my hard veges but I am happy with this. Unfortunately the bottom ring breaks but hey sure beats those expensive blenders works fine for me. Price is right for what it does.

Only lasted a few uses
I bought this about a month ago and have only used it about 4 or 5 times and now it won’t even turn on. Every time I’ve used it I had to stop it and stir the items so it would blend properly. I do NOT recommend this blender.

Absolutely useless
I bought this less then a month ago.. the lid never fit properly.. the bottom would constantly leak. The most recent disaster is the glass portion now chipped and the blender is completely unusable... absolute garbage

Love my blender
I’ve had this blender for 3 years and never had any issues but now after having 2 of us using it twice daily for frozen smoothies , the blades have gotten dull and need replacing but I can’t seem to find any parts !

Just bought this yesterday for making chipped ice drinks.Put a little liquid in and about 6 cubes of ice,it just stirred it up.Pure garbage, item should be taken off the market. It's going back immediately!

Doesn't work anymore!!
I got this blender a few months ago as a gift and I used it about 4 times to blend up vegetables for a soup and pasta sauce and it stopped working!! I'm not sure what's wrong with it but very disappointed.

I just want a smoothie par
Waste of time and money
I give it one star only because it won't let me give it 0 stars. One star is too many. I bought this specifically to use to make smoothies with - ie frozen fruit, yogurt, protein powder and water - not asking for a lot here. I wanted a blender where I could push a button and it would make my smoothie for me with minimal hands on work from me. Again, not asking a lot. But I didn't get that. With this blender you can't just put the ingredients in and turn it on, OH NO, the blades will just spin and spin and seemingly create an air pocket where then nothing is being blended and it's just running the motor, and I've tried EVERY FUNCTION, they all do the same thing of creating an air pocket and just spinning its blades. If I want a smoothie, I have to stand over it and pulse it every few seconds (any function will do for this since they are all garbage, I like to have fun and switch it up to see what happens) and then I have to use a spoon to burst the air bubble and the push my smoothie ingredients back down to pulse it again a few times before having to stop to burst the air bubble and push ingredients down again, repeat again, etc. basically it takes 15-20 minutes (no joke or exaggeration) of doing this to actually get a smoothie made. Which I just assume is not normal?? Am I wrong for thinking that this shouldn't be as painful as it is?? Looking at you for that one, Sunbeam. Or, I guess I could just conveniently and easily use the "smoothie" function on the blender, sure why not, right? I mean why else would it be an option? OH H3LL NO, by using this function, it spins so fast that it makes the blades come loose (that's what I assume is causing the blades to come loose anyway) which will then allow all of the contents of the blender to come out from the bottom and end up on your floor. And yes after this happened the first time I always made sure the blades were in tightly and correctly. Regardless, several times this has happened, and since, like all other bad choices I've made in life, I had to try it several times and create quite a mess for myself before accepting that this is a piece of junk and I must rise above, the last and final straw was this morning. I am happy to say that this blender is where it belongs now which is in the garbage and I am free. It has now joined the money I wasted to buy it in the first place and the other terrible life decisions I've made thus far, they are all now living happily together. So if you want a blender that can't blend a smoothie without A LOT of hands on work, or a blender that you can't use the 'Smoothie' function unless you'd like to serve your smoothie on your kitchen floor, or if you want a smoothie that takes 20 minutes to make that you have to babysit the entire time, then this is the next bad life choice for you!!
