Stopped working after one month
Got this as a birthday gift, one day it started blinking F and none of the buttons worked. Tried all trouble-shooting instructions with no luck.

Stopped working
I brought this product 5 months ago and used less than 10 times and now it stopped working.The problem in my product is it takes more time to heat and it gives level 1 heat in leve6.I am very disappointed with this product and your site I tried to write on “contact us” but sometimes it shows wrong name and sometimes shows wrong zip code so how can we contact you?
I want my refund or replacement

Yes, I have the Failure F on the control too. Happened after untwisting the cord,carefully, while it was detached from the pad and from the wall.
Tried to follow Sunbeam’s corrective instructions. Stymied at step one.
Step one was press power burr on to OFf. but it would not go to OFF. instead the F kept on flashing.
OK. so I unplugged, waited, replugged into power. it went on to heat level ONE. then, I quickly pressed the power button and it went OFF.
At lar! Then I followed all the instructions. it worked ! for several seconds, then it reverted to a flashing F. I tried everything.
Had this my second,and last, Sunbeam pad for 5 or 6 years. can’t find the bill from drugstore. Guess I am out of luck. will try a different brand, I suppose.

Heating pad large
This is the 2nd heating pad I have purchased.
It keeps flashing F so annoying. I bought this in February 2023. I thought sunbeam would make a quailty product. So disappointing. It's a great heating pad when it works. Can't afford to buy one every 5 months.

Electrical smell
At first I was really happy with its softness. Heating power was good enough for me although I can’t say there is much difference between settings warm to high. However have to return due to disturbing electrical smell emitting from pad itself.

6 settings but none are hot
You'd be better off just throwing yourself in a fire pit if you are looking for heat this is not it. I returned the first one I bought as I thought it was faulty. Turns out this heating pad just sucks

Love/hate
I bought one. Live the size and heat. Then is went all wonky and did not heat right. On5 would not be warm at all. Sent it back. Got another one, same thing happening. So disappointed.

Splendid.
Great product works great have had it almost 2 years going to buy for kiddlettes and their dad. It turns off easily and level one heat is hot no need to go higher works like a dream.
